Charter ("the app") is developed by BullForge Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This privacy policy explains how Charter handles your information.

The short version: Charter collects no personal data. Nothing you write or create ever leaves your device or your personal iCloud account.

What data Charter collects

Charter collects no personal data. The app does not have accounts, does not require registration, and does not collect your name, email address, or any identifying information.

Your notebooks and content

Everything you write, draw, and import in Charter — your notebooks, handwriting, PDF templates, and planner content — stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to this content at any time.

iCloud sync

If you use iCloud, your notebooks sync between your devices via Apple’s iCloud service. This sync is handled entirely by Apple and governed by Apple’s privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Analytics and advertising

Charter contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not know how you use the app.

Third-party services

Charter uses no third-party services or SDKs. The app is built entirely on Apple frameworks. The only external service involved is iCloud, which is operated by Apple.

In-app purchase

Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information. Purchase records are managed entirely by Apple.

Children’s privacy

Charter does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app collects no personal data from any user, regardless of age.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Given that Charter collects no personal data, we do not anticipate meaningful changes.
