Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, email us at admin@bullforgelabs.com and we'll sort it out.

Digital Downloads

Digital products (document templates, guides, toolkits) are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the files. Once the files have been downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund as the product has been delivered in full. This is in line with UK consumer rights law for digital content that has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or the files are not as described, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly — including a full refund if appropriate.

VibeFix Service

If we have not yet started your audit, you are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Once the audit has been started and work has begun on your codebase, we are unable to offer a refund. If the report is not delivered within the stated timeframe and you have not received communication from us about a delay, you are entitled to a full refund.

iOS App Purchases

In-app purchases made through our iOS apps are processed by Apple. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made directly through Apple:

BullForge Labs Ltd does not process refunds for App Store transactions.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at admin@bullforgelabs.com with your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt), the email address used at purchase, and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Your Rights

If you are based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have additional rights under consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy affects those statutory rights.
