These Terms of Service govern your use of products and services provided by BullForge Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By purchasing or using any BullForge product, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are
BullForge Labs Ltd is an independent digital studio based in the United Kingdom. Our registered email is admin@bullforgelabs.com.
2. Products
We offer three types of products:
- iOS Applications — native iPhone and iPad apps available on the Apple App Store, governed by Apple's App Store terms in addition to these terms.
- Digital Downloads — document templates, guides, and toolkits sold as one-time purchases via Lemon Squeezy.
- Services — manual code audit services such as VibeFix, delivered via email.
3. Purchases and Payment
Digital products and services are sold as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. In-app purchases within our iOS apps are processed by Apple.
4. Digital Downloads — Licence
When you purchase a digital download from BullForge Labs Ltd, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files with others, publish them publicly, or claim authorship of the templates or system. The files remain the intellectual property of BullForge Labs Ltd.
5. VibeFix Service
When you purchase a VibeFix scan, you agree to share your codebase with us for the purpose of the audit. We will deliver a report within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase. We retain no copies of your code after delivery. Results may vary depending on the complexity and structure of your codebase.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed outcomes. Results from using our build system templates will vary depending on your individual effort, technical setup, and app idea.
8. Limitation of Liability
BullForge Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
